41) Astrobolt - Nationstates year 371. Astrobolt was elected 41st Delegate of 10000 Islands in the delegate election of September 2023. He officially took office on the 7th of October 2023, when the region stood at 1,038 nations. His term is still ongoing.


40) Lenlyvit - Nationstates year 358. Lenlyvit was elected 40th Delegate of 10000 Islands in a special election on the 19th January 2023, and took office on the 26th January 2023. Population at the time stood at 1015 nations. His term ended on the 7th October 2023, with a total nation population of 1,038.


39) Markanite - Nationstates year 343. Markanite was elected 39th Delegate of 10000 Islands in a special election and began his term on April 12 2022 with a population of 1776 nations. Midway through his delegacy, on the 16th August 2022, his nephew infamously resigned Markanite from the WA, losing his position as delegate. This caused widespread panic, with some proclaiming this signalled the end of times. Luckily, Mark regained the delegate position a few days later, on the 23rd August 2022. His term officially ended on November 6th 2022 when he was appointed Chief Executive following the resignation of Hakketomat. Markanite remained as interim Delegate of the region until a special election was held in January 2023.


38) Sulenia - Nationstates year 342. Sulenia was elected 38th Delegate of 10000 Islands and began his term on March 17 2022 with a population of 2007 nations. His term ended on March 20 2022 when he resigned his role as Delegate and departed the region. He is the shortest serving delegate in 10000 Islands history.


37) Wischland - Nationstates year 324. Wischland was elected 37th Delegate of 10000 Islands and began her term on March 17 2021 with a population of 1152 nations. Wisch's terms focused on XKI as a whole, but worked diligently on behalf of XKI abroad as well. Each time a new World Assembly vote was put up, she always made sure to put up a discussion and voting thread on the forum, and ping on the discord about these threads. Her kindness and will to hear from the people was exemplified in the numerous RMB Office Hours that are still ongoing periodically today, which she helped organise and participate in. The TIBOE Reform Act brought in a prosperous age for TIBOE, as it was given a rebrand and a boost with multiple members joining. She furthered the annual Harry Potter and the Festival of Friends and Summer Beach Bash (later renamed Spring Beach Bash), and worked as a commander during N-Day in 2021. While in office, she introduced and passed the first version of the legendary Aegis Accords, along with The South Pacific, Spiritus, and the Union of Democratic States. A treaty was signed with Spiritus, the Taco-Tater Treaty. The Partnership for Sovereignty Charter was amended to include more regions. Furthermore, she established friendly relations with The Order of the Grey Wardens and Philosophers, establishing ambassadors, as well as with The Free Nations Region and The League. Her term ended on March 17 2022 with a population of 2007 nations.


36) HumanSanity - Nationstates year 316. HumanSanity was elected 36th Delegate of 10000 Islands and began his term on September 16 2020. The regional population stood at 1504 at the time his term began. HumanSanity's term emphasized the use of cultural events to deepen ties with other regions, including hosting The Liberty Gala as a defender-exclusive international cultural summit and Harry Potter and the Festival of Friends to shore up relations with treaty partners in The East Pacific, the South Pacific, and The Rejected Realms. During his term, a resolution Commending Twobagger, a former 10000 Islander who defected to a raider organization, was defeated due to an intensive whip effort conducted by the Delegate's office following revealing voter fraud and infiltration conducted by raiders against XKI's treaty ally the South Pacific. After, HumanSanity also oversaw the closing of the embassy with The North Pacific due to the nominally Independent region's growing raider trend, the strengthening of relations with defender allies in the South Pacific, and the expansion of 10000 Islands' embassy network to several smaller regions to offset the loss of a long-time partner. In the final months of the term, HumanSanity secured the passage of the Partnership for Sovereignty agreement, a defender SC voting bloc, and oversaw its expansion to include six defender powers, thus solidifying XKI's place as a political power within the WA. His term ended on March 17 2021 with a population of 1152 and endorsement count of 401, declining due to the loss of members from the Drew boom of Kuriko's tenure.


35) Lenlyvit - Nationstates year 297. Kuriko (Lenlyvit) was named the 35th Delegate of 10000 Islands and began his second delegacy on the 26th July 2019. The regional population stood at 1061 at the time his delegacy began. Lenlyvit was active in trading endorsements, writing SC resolutions, posting WA proposals in XKI's forums for debate and discussion (wherein a vote was conducted for every resolution to decide what vote he should cast), negotiating with other regions, and challenging WA authors on the SC forums. During his term, XKI signed treaties with the Union of Democratic States and the South Pacific, allowing XKI to work more flexibly and solidify ties with major regions. A treaty was also signed with the East Pacific, a major independent region, which allowed our other allies safety from their potential piling and occupation. His endorsement count peaked at 868 endorsements and the region population count peaked at 3309, thanks to an unprecedented massive influx of players and an active recruiting force during a time known as Drewpocalypse. He also became the longest consecutively serving Delegate at 419 days. His term ended on the 16th of September 2020, with the regional population sitting at 1504 and endorsements at 595, both an increase since the beginning of his first term.


34) United Royal Islands - Nationstates year 289. United Royal Islands took office on the 3/30/19 with a regional population of 1022 nations. Throughout her term United Royal Islands prioritised promoting defender values in the World Assembly forums and in international statements. She tirelessly defending XKI's interests abroad. In addition to this, she consistently affirmed the value of XKI opinion to WA authors and expressed the concerns of citizens on proposals. She frequently challenged WA authors, whose resolutions included falsified evidence. United Royal Islands decided to resign due to RL issues and valiantly put the islands first with her decision. Her term ended with 1061 nations, an increase since she took office.


33) Lenlyvit - Nationstates year 280. Kuriko (Lenlyvit) took office on the 27th September 2018 with a regional population of 1398 nations. His term ended on the 30th March 2019. During his term, Lenlyvit was a keen endorsement trader and actively posted all WA proposals for debate and discussion. Committed to the development of 10000 Islands' presence in the World Assembly, Lenlyvit never missed a GA or SC vote. Additionally, he wrote many SC proposals which were ultimately passed during his term. Throughout his term, he ran a strong emissary department and faced the enormous task of keeping it active and fit for purpose. Lenlyvit persevered with establishing and enhancing relations with our allies. During his time as Delegate, he was able to pass treaties with both The Rejected Realms and Yggdrasil.


32) Alkasia - Nationstates year 271. After an incredibly close race, Alkasia was elected Delegate on 3/20/18 and took office on 4/2/18 with a regional population of 1268 nations. Over the course of his term, Alkasia followed a strict regimen of endotarting, and through this, he was able to amass endorsements at a peak of 422, a number that had not been surpassed since Boltor's delegacy almost two years before. It is also noteworthy that Alkasia is the first Delegate to vote for WA resolutions based on the regionwide vote listed on the site rather than through strictly forum votes. Alkasia also pushed for the removal of bans on Islanders that had been in exile for an extended period of time, then continued by proposing a structured format for those who wished to appeal their bans. In addition, Alkasia advocated for a WA Enrichment Program to increase activity and participation among Islanders in the World Assembly. He hammered out a basic plan and crafted well-designed dispatches, but fell short in the technical aspect- specifically the coding needed for nation rankings. His final major act was to open a regional thread on the NSGP forum to promote the region and its events.


31) Dominion of Compassion - Nationstates year 264. Dominion of Compassion was elected as the 31st Delegate of 10000 Islands on 9/22/17 and took office on 10/9/17.


30) Markanite - NationStates year 254. Markanite elected on 3/21/17. Markanite took office on 4/2/17 with a population of 1341 nations. Left office with population of 1240 nations on 10/9/17. Markanite was the first person to be elected Delegate of 10000 Islands three times. Whilst assuming the office of Delegate Markanite continued to serve as Registrar General, manage the confirmation of forum accounts on the forum and also served as Chief of Staff to the Founder. To increase relations with other allied regions, his term saw the opening of numerous embassies and saw the introduction of rules regarding the closure of embassies. Markanite continued the practice of organising regional visits to and from allies to ensure co-operation with our allies. During his Delegacy Markanite accidently resigned from the World Assembly, he was able to regain office within 14 days thanks to the great community here in 10000 Islands. After his term as Delegate Markanite went on to serve as Minister of Education for a third term and subsequently was awarded the Heart of the Islands for his service to the region.


29) Boltor - NationStates year 245. Boltor took office on 10/3/16 with a population of 2257. Boltor left office on 4/2/17 with the population at 1341 nations.


28) Louisistan - NationStates year 235 - Ran unopposed for Delegate. Louisistan became Delegate on 3/22/16 with a population of 1641. Louisistan had 381 endorsements when he officially took office. Population at end of term was 2257. During Louisistan's term, a Security Council smear campaign was orchestrated by raiders Ivo and Cormac, exposing and targeting a TITO operation underway in California. The resolution painted TITO and the Yggdrasil Defense Service (YDS) as aggressors trying to forcibly refound the region in order to keep it as a trophy. Despite TITO's excellent track record and reputation on refounds, the SC proposal gained considerable traction and it took a concerted action between Louisistan, TITO Command, the TITO Knights, and the 10000 Islands Diplomatic Corps to defeat the scurrilous campaign. Highlights included multiple TG campaigns, statements issued through various embassies and a high level meeting between the Delegates and Military Commanders of 10000 Islands and The North Pacific (which was the first instance of Discord being used to conduct offical 10ki business). In addition to his successful term as Delegate, Louisistan also has been appointed a TITO Tactical Officer twice and Executive Officer twice, programmed the NationStates Stock Exchange, and lead the creation of the "War of the Houses" competition during his term as Lyonesse East Senator.


27) Paffnia - NationStates year 226 - After winning election with 76% of the vote, Paffnia became Delegate on 9/21/15 with a population of 1745 nations and had 309 endorsements when he officially took office. The population peaked at 2,050 during his term, but at the end of his term it dropped to 1641. The Delegate endorsements peaked at 620 as well. Paffnia was the first Delegate to mass-telegram updates to the Islands and was the first Delegate to post and regularly update a pinned NationStates dispatch of WA resolution discussion threads. For those WA resolutions, Paffnia voted on every one according to the democratic forum vote of the Islands. Furthermore, Paffnia was also the first Delegate to consistently post XKI's opinion of WA resolutions on the NationStates forum and was the first Delegate to take formal requests for WA proposal approvals.


26) Aersoldorf - NationStates Year 217 - Aersoldorf became Delegate on 3/29/15 with a regional population of 1565 nations and had 285 endorsements. Aersoldorf was elected Delegate after a close race with former Delegate Ananke. Term ended on 9/21/15 with a total population of 1745.


25) Markanite - NationStates Year 207 - Became the third nation to be elected twice as Delegate. Markanite became Delegate with 200 endorsements on 8/26/14. The regional population was 977 nations. Markanite won his election with 66% of the vote in a race with the highest turnout in 2 1/2 years aka 44 NationStates years. Term ended 3/29/15. The population at the end of Markanite’s term was 1565 which was an increase of 588 during his term. Markanite’s final endorsement count was 447. With the net population increase of 518 from his first term as Delegate and the 588 in his second term, Markanite had a total population increase of 1106 during his terms! As of the end of his second term, the total population increase for Markanite was the highest for any XKI Delegate. Markanite’s reign saw visits to Canada and Deutschland and the opening of four new embassies. Markanite's time as Delegate was seen as one of the most successful terms for a Delegate in the history of the 10000 Islands.


24) Benevolent Thomas - Started term on 4/1/14 with a regional population of 1144. Endorsement at start of term was 285. Term ended on 8/10/14 when he was banned from the region. Population at the end of his term was 953 nations.


23) Cerb - Former Labor Minister and TITO Knight. Population at start of term was 1,487 nations. Endorsement count at start of term was 350 endorsements. Finished term with regional population at 1144. Term ended on 4/1/14.


22) Woonsocket - Former Senator, Minister of Immigration, TITO Knight Commander, Foreign Affairs Secretary, and all-time leader in confirmed nations recruited to 10,000 Islands. Population at start of term was 2,417. Ending population was at 1,487. Net loss of 930 nations, however Woonsocket both stopped recruiting and assumed the duties of Delegate at the same time as significant changes were made to the rules for recruiting in NationStates with scripts being allowed. All proposals before the WA were voted upon and none were missed. Term ran from March 2013 until September/30/13.


21) Anime Daisuki - Former TITO Field Commander and Former Labor Minister Anime Daisuki (AD) was elected on 9/18/12 and took office on 9/27/12. Population at the start of the term was 2,417 and end of the term was 3,025 nations. AD promoted WA authorship in the region and a total of 5 native resolutions were passed during this time, which set a regional record. All proposals before the WA were voted upon and none were missed. On Feb 6, AD broke 1,000 endorsements and later reached a high point of 1,025 endorsements on Feb 27, 2012.


20) Ananke II - The 16th and 20th Delegate of the 10000 Islands, Ananke was elected on 3/21/12. Ananke won her election with 67% of the vote and became only the second nation to become Delegate twice with TheSensitiveNewAge being the other. Officially became Delegate on 3/25/12 with 491 endorsements and a population of 2,285 nations.After becoming Delegate, the regional population dropped off a bit to around the 2,090 mark in early June, 2012. Ananke also broke the XKI record for endorsements and even hit 900 endorsements on 8/29/12. She broke the NS record with 959 endorsements. Ended term on 9/26/12 with 2,396 nations, a net gain of 111 nations.


19) The Enigmatic Nation - TITO Knight, Former Senior Senator, Former Minister of Immigration, Enigmatic was elected Delegate on 9/20/11. Enigmatic defeated his opponent, Aersoldorf, with 62% of the vote. Officially became Delegate on 9/30/11 with a population of 1,934 nations and #1 out of user created regions in NationStates. Enigmatic had 413 endorsements at the time he became Delegate. Reached all-time XKI and NS population record for user created regions on 11/7/11 with 2,200 nations. The population dropped to the mid 2,050s for a while, later rebounded to the 2,100 level, but dropped again to the 2,040 level. By the end of Feb 2012, our population had surged once again hitting 2,245 nations on 2/25/12. On March 4th, 2012, the 10000 Islands reached 2,300 nations. Enigmatic broke the all-time XKI endorsement record on 12/14/11. Enigmatic's record for endorsements was 710. Term ended with a population of 2,285 for a net gain of 351 nations.


18) Markanite - A current Senator at time of his election, Markanite beat his opponent, Takaram, by one vote in the tightest election in 10000 Islands history. Voted into office on 3/15/11 and formally became Delegate on 3/20/11. Population at the start was 1,417 nations. Reached 400 endorsements on 3/28/11 and 500 endorsements on 4/22/11. In late April 2011, a user created region, made mostly of puppets, called Galactic Republic went past the 10000 Islands in population. By June, the 10000 Islands was once again the #1 user created region in terms of population. Set the regional and NationStates record for population at the time with 1,686 nations on 5/19/11. Hit the 1,700 nation mark on 8/9/11. New record was 1,941 nations on 9/30/11. Markanite broke former Delegate Ananke's record for endorsements on 8/16/11. Markanite's endorsement record was 635. During Markanite's term, the Council of Nine passed many bills. Markanite's very successful term as Delegate ended on 9/30/11 with a population of 1,934 nations. The net population increase under Markanite was 517 nations which was third at the time behind the increases of Delegates Ananke and Hockeynutville.


17) Just Guy - TITO Knight and Senator at the time of his election, Just Guy announced he would not seek re-election as Senator to run for Delegate. Voted into office on 9/21/10. Formally assumed the position of Delegate on 9/24/10 with a regional population of 1,477. Just Guy also had 339 endorsements at the time he became Delegate. Broke the XKI population record with 1,501 nations. Within a few weeks of becoming Delegate the population had dropped to 1,399 marking one of the largest drops in regional history. Reached 503 endorsements on 11/6/10 despite the population continuing to falter while falling to below 1300 nations. Within a few weeks the population of the region started to rebound again as Guy reached 519 endorsements on 12/24/10 with the populations in the mid 1360s. Also known as Guy0307. Hit personal record of 529 endorsements in January, 2011. January also ushered in the Redesign Generation. Elections for Senators tied the all-time record for voters and the resulting run-off elections broke the XKI record for voter turnout in a runoff. Ended term on 3/20/11 with a population of 1,417 nations. Overall, a net decrease of 60 nations, but the population had made a comeback in the last months of his Delegacy. A few months after Guys term had ended, Guy resigned from TITO because he was breaking the rule of no fraternization with invaders. Later, Guy's TITO Knighthood was also removed making him the first TITO Knight to ever have their Knighthood revoked.


16) Ananke II - TITO Knight, former Senior Senator and at the time the top Accelerator recruiter in XKI history, Ananke was elected on 3/16/10 and took power on 3/18/10. Population at the start of her reign was 844 nations and we were the #1 user created region in NationStates. Ananke began her term with 175 endorsements. Passed 200 endorsements on 3/20/10. Spearheaded the effort to have XKI nations vote on WA proposals before they actually came up for a vote in the World Assembly. During her term, was featured region of the day on 4/10/10. Decided WA proposals by popular vote by XKI residents. On 4/10/10, Ananke also passed the Delegate of Europe, Alsted, for the most endorsements of anyone in NationStates out of 55,000+ nations at the time. Broke the XKI Delegate record with 582 endorsements and also presided over the largest population in XKI history with 1,489 nations. This population set the all-time NationStates record for a user created region and covered over 7 1/2 years of regions. Under the reign of Ananke, five times the 10000 Islands was recommended for a Commendation in the Security Council of the World Assembly. The first four commendations didn't get enough votes to make it past the initial voting phase. The fifth commendation proposal did reach enough votes to go on to a full vote before the World Assembly and the commendation passed 3,482 votes to 1,330. Passed the region of Taijitu's old record for the highest user created regional population ever in the seven years of NationStates. Term officially ended on 9/24/10 with a regional population of 1,476. The 632 population increase under Ananke's term was the largest in XKI history, breaking Hockeynutville's previous record. Ananke ended her term as arguably the most successful Delegate in XKI history.


15) HockeyNutville - TITO Knight and former Minister of Labor, HockeyNutville returned from a two year absence and shortly thereafter was elected Delegate of the 10000 Islands. At the time he became Delegate, 4/25/09, the population was 267 nations. During HockeyNutville's reign, the population of the 10000 Islands soared to become the #1 user created region in NationStates. During this time, HNV once had 248 endorsements, which was a XKI Delegate record. HNV also pushed for an increased role in foreign diplomacy for the Delegate. HNV's term ended on 3/18/10 with a population of 844. The +577 nation increase in HNV's term was the largest in XKI history.


14) Sheynat - Served as Senior Senator before being elected Delegate. Was not in the government at the time of his election. Elected on 12/8/08 and took office on 12/16/08. Population at start was 286 nations. Term ended on 4/25/09 with a population of 267 nations.


13) MinnaCaroline. Minna started as Senator and later became Minster of Education. She was elected Delegate in late July 2008 and officially began her term on 8/1/08. The population at that time was 355 nations. Minna's term ended on 12/16/08 with a population of 286 nations.


12) Sinn Feins Eire. Long time Immigration Minister, Regional Reserve Chairman and TITO Knight. Elected in 12/07 and began reign on 1/6/08. Population at that time was 336 nations. Term officially ended on 7/31/08 and the population at that time was 355 nations.


11) Jesioneka. Long time Senior Senator and Tactical Officer for TITO. Jesioneka was elected in March 2007 and became Delegate on 4/5/07 and it offically ended on 1/6/08. Population at that time was 317 nations. Population at end of term was 336 nations.


10) Estayland. Senator, Tactical Officer and Minister for the 10000 Islands. Population at start of term was around 295 nations. Ending Population at 317 nations. (10/15/06 - 4/4/07)


9) Gluuland. Senator Gluuland and member of the TITO Expeditionary Force was elected and officially became Delegate on 3/11/06-10/14/06. Population at start was 297 nations and ended around 294 nations.


8) Fleeb. Knight of TITO, holder of numerous medals, Minister of Education, and one of the driving forces behind the 10000 Islands. Served as Delegate until from 5/26/05 to 3/10/06. Population at start of term was 481 nations and ended at 297 nations.


7) TheSensitiveNewAge - One of the five founding members of TITO, TSNA was also the 3rd Delegate of the 10000 Islands. He is the first Delegate to serve more than one term. Population at start 631 nations on 10/12/04. Ended term around 5/25/05 with a population of 481 nations.


6) Boktavia - Former Ambassador to the region of NationStates and Assistant of Education. Term went from late 4/25/04 to 10/12/04. Population started around 587 nations and ended around 631 nations.


5) Parthini - Author of the 10000 Islands Constitution. Former Ambassador to the region of Alcatraz. Term ran from 12/27/03 to 4/24/04 with a population at the start of 397 nations and ended 587 nations. During Pathini's term, the Moderators deleted Parthini because they thought he was cheating. For a week, our Minister of Immigration, LoreSong, held the Delegate position, but was not our formal Delegate. When it was proven that Parthini was not cheating, Parthini became our Delegate again.


4) Himes - Ceased to exist . Himes was the delegate at the time of our first really great growth spurt. He became delegate at around 72 nations and ended his term around 396 nations. Himes began public service as recruitment officer for the 10000 Islands. He was also the first winner of the 10000 Islands Distinguished Service medal. Term of Delegate ran from 10/26/03 to 12/26/03.


3) TheSensitiveNewAge - One of the five founding members of TITO, was very active and a much valued member of TITO. Former Ambassador to Texas and Senator of the 10000 Islands as well. TSNA has the distinction of being the only Delegate to serve two separate terms in that position. TSNA's first term was also the shortest term in 10000 Islands history lasting from only 10/15/03 to 10/25/03. The population started at 58 nations and ended around 72 nations.


2) New Republica - Stepped down after a short run as Delegate. Has ceased to exist. Term lasted from 9/13/03 to 10/14/2003. Population at the start of his term was 69 nations and was around 59 nations at the end of the term.


1) Lyonesse - Ceased to exist. One of the five founding members of TITO. A loyal and dedicated defender of freedom. Lyonesse was delegate at the time of the Empire of Power attack that almost dissolved the 10000 Islands, but with her help the attackers were defeated. Term lasted from around 5/28/03 to 9/10/2003. Population at the start of term was 25 nations and was around 63 nations at the end of the term.
