Directly following my CTE the then Director of CTE Solutions will pay for a Regional Message Board ad in my honor announcing my death to the entire region. Upon my funds being distributed to CTE Solutions for further distribution CTE Solutions will take the advertisement fee into it's custody as payment.
SECTION I. The Director of CTE Solutions will post an honorary message as to my death immediately after my CTE in the '10000 Islands' forum of the Forums of XKI.
SECTION II. My body will be laid to rest here in 10000 Islands following the execution of this will excluding this Paragraph and Paragraph B thereof. I will request that, if possible, my body be lay to rest in Taco Island.
B. Donation to Taco Island Charities
Taco Island Charities shall be given 5% of my total net worth. Taco Island Charities shall be granted that 5% of my total net worth upon the execution of this Will.
C. Taco Island Donation
The CEO of CTE Solutions will create a topic in the Taco Island forum in which the topic will be open for seven days. All persons who post will receive an equal share for each post they make. For example if 1000 posts were made and one person made 85 posts then they would be given 85 of 1000 shares of the money given away in this paragraph. 20% of my net worth will be given away in this Article.
D. Reserve Money for my Revival
CTE Solutions shall, in it's account, keep 3% of my total worth for up to four Real Life years after the execution of this will. If I return within those four years from the grave that 3% of my total worth will be returned by CTE Solutions to my account.
SECTION I. After the four years have pass the money will be distributed equally among the remaining of these authorities assuming I do not claim the money --
(a) Taco Island Charities
(b) The Minister of Immigration
(c) The Mayor of Taco Island
(d) The Chief Executive of the 10000 Islands Government
E. Political Contributions
SECTION I. Recognizing Mayor Shelter Political Party as a viable and strong Political Organization, 5% of my total worth will pass to the MSPP to be managed by the Leadership of MSPP.
SECTION II. Recognizing Liberals United Action Committee as a viable and strong Political Organization, 2% of my total worth will pass to the LUAC to be managed by the Leadership of LUAC.
F. XKI Independent Press
If, at the time of my CTE, Aersoldorf is still in existence all of my shares will pass to them. If, at the time of my CTE, Aersoldorf has also CTE'd CTE Solutions will open applications for the succession of control of CTE Solutions. The Director and Auditor of CTE Solutions will make a jointly-agreed decision as to which of the applicants shall take control of XIP.
G. Recruiting Recognition
SECTION I. Beginning in the month of September, 2011 and ending in the month of this Will's execution the total number of nations a Recruiter Recruits in that time will be added and each nation recruited in that time account for an equal share of the money in this section. For example if a nation recruits 500 of 50000 nations in that time they will receive 500/50000ths of this amount.
SECTION II. A recruiter that has CTE'ed will not receive any money.
SECTION III. 25% of my total worth shall be afforded for Recruiting.
H. Recognition of Friends
SECTION I. Recognizing that I enjoyed my time in XKI greatly a fund shall be set up with an equal share for each of the outlined persons from which they may take or add money at any time. The money shall be placed in 10KI Investment Corporation for them.
-> Subsection 1. If 10KI Investment Corp. no longer exists at the time of this Will's execution or is deemed highly inactive by the CEO of CTE Solutions then the nations will be directly sent the Tacos.
-> Subsection 2. As specifically denoted with a '(x2)' a nation listed may receive a double share of the money.
SECTION II. 30% of my estate shall be used for this section.

One share to be split between the following RPers: Globexanter, Mutanatia, Kannex, The Ilium, Bob101010, and the Imperium.

SECTION IV. If a Nation CTEs they shall not receive a share of the 30% listed herein.
I. Fund for Advertising
10% of my net worth will be so set aside for Advertising purposes for an event wherein the advertisement benefits either:
(a) A candidate of the Mayor Shelter Political Party who is:
i. Dedicated to Taco Island
ii. A member of TITO with at least 15 Battle Starts
iii. Is an active recruiter OR is a Knight of TITO OR Assists the Ministry of Education or Labor
(b) A member of the LUAC who is running for office who:
i. is a member of TITO with at least 15 Battle Stars
ii. Is an active recruiter OR a Knight of TITO OR assists the Ministry of Education or Labor
iii. And receives a score of 2/3+ on the LUAC grading scale;
or (c) A person benefiting the common good of the Community.
A person may request from CTE Solutions a portion of the fund not to exceed 1,000 Tacos in value for any of the above causes and those funds CTE Solutions must grant unless:
i. In the case of (a), or (b) they have joined that organization in the last 5-days;
ii. In the case of (a), (b), or (c) they stand to gain economically.
J. Conclusion
XKI provided me with some great times. I hope to return some day. Viva TITO! Viva Taco Island! and most importantly Viva 10000 Islands!
