I am pleased to announce that Shizensky will take over as the new Regional Reserve Chairman. Shizensky will compile the XKI rich list as well as help to produce any business licenses that are needed.

yeah, it will be nice to see things moving here again.
If we can get back to 5-6 businesses again I would love to see the stock market opened again for that stuff. When that was around it was quite cool.

I'm sure you'll do your part in that 
I'm excited to be able to take the lead on the Regional Reserve. Ever since it was announced that there was a Taco shortage in the reserve account I've been racking my brains trying to think of ways to help with the situation, and not having an active RRC seemed to make that difficult.
To Petal: I would love to see more open businesses in the region, especially since we're seeing our regional population climb pretty high again. I've always thought that the best way to get there is to make sure the Taco has some sort of importance among those in the region, that way people want as many as they can get. Some ways around this are more ways to make Tacos, more ways to make a lot of Tacos, and meaningful ways to spend those Tacos.
I've also been toying with the idea of the lottery again. Before we always did just the one lottery, a standard Pick 3 where you had to get all 3 numbers in the correct order to win. What I've been thinking is two different lotteries. We'll keep the Pick 3, except if you get the right numbers in the wrong order you can still win Tacos out of it, you just won't win anywhere near as much.
The second drawing would be the Super Taco, and would be set up a little bit like the Powerball drawings. The difference is that instead of 5 numbers and then the Powerball, we'll have 4 standard numbers and the 5th will be the Super Taco. If this can go through I think it will be an exciting and potentially lucrative idea for both the RR and the members of 10000 Islands.
And to end I guess I have a question of my own. There's a lot of stuff to do with the Regional Reserve. I can take on assistants, right?

I just want to update everybody on the lotteries a little bit.
We've had great progress so far and it looks like the final version is ready to be submitted for approval! I'm really excited about this and can't wait to see how it turns out.
