my name is Sanzar, and i am the Supreme Field Marshal of the Federal Alliance of Nations.
i come to you today to request an opening of diplomatic channels between our two regions!
we wish to exchange embassies with you, so we can both learn a bit more about each other, and start, what i am sure will be a flourishing friendship.
we admire what you have done around the NS world, and wish to be closer with your region.
our Secretary of State, Deltain should be around soon.
our President, Androa, wishes he could be here, but is currently on vacation at the moment, but will be along as soon as humanly possible (which may be about a week)
