Representing my region, I, President Holtz, wish to ally your region with ours. The CDEA stands for The Capitalist Defense and Economic Alliance. Our region's main goal is to stop the spread of Communism and defend each other. Allies will receive the same help. We are a small region and need allies. Will you extend the olive branch with us?

Is your region a defending region or an invading one(if your an invading region, you came to the wrong place buddy)? Or does it not participate in NS Regional Warfare at all? If it doesnt, would you be willing to devote some time to helping defending regions, this isnt neccisary for an alliance, but it would be nice if it were answered.

Our region never invades nations but will attack if we are angered. Also we do participate in regional wars, but none have come up lately.

When I say regional wars you do know I mean the kind where you enter a region and try to take control of it by delegate, do you do that kind of war?
We are against it,(unless its a pre-emptive strike), and we try to defend regions from these mindless attacks.
