Claimant: Cerb
From his campaign thread:
As his PM response to the above promise demonstrates, Cerb was happily willing to supply information to my nosy fact-checking service, even if it made him look bad. In fact, he began his PM as follows:
and it ends with:
An upbeat attitude toward his own mistakes, for sure. Actually, his above post is a great example of this.
The reason that Cerb made this promise in the first place was that he was running as a TOP candidate, but he was convinced he wouldn't win:
I might be the best candidate by miles but we all know that this is irrelevant. The system is flawed and has nothing to do with ability, dedication, or services to the islands.
I don't expect your vote. I'm not even going to ask for it because we all know that would be a futile plea. Go on, compare records. The truth will out.
After he realized he was mistaken, though, he replied:
and also said:
Clearly he has been and still is willing to admit and learn from mistakes. So for all this, Cerb earns another True.

I am always willing to learn and I am not afraid to admit when I am mistaken.
As his PM response to the above promise demonstrates, Cerb was happily willing to supply information to my nosy fact-checking service, even if it made him look bad. In fact, he began his PM as follows:
I'll be happy to respond. There are in fact two explanations, and you are welcome to print them both.
and it ends with:
I think therefor I can stand the scorched pants

The reason that Cerb made this promise in the first place was that he was running as a TOP candidate, but he was convinced he wouldn't win:
I ran for this seat with the simple understanding that I would get no support. The idea of being appointed senator is laughable because I'm not "in" the cool party. I am running to prove a point. That a person’s record and dedication doesn't count for a plug nickel.

After he realized he was mistaken, though, he replied:
I am entirely startled and appreciative of the support that has been extended to me during this vote.
and also said:
I have to state that this election has been a learning curve for me. I had assume that party politics was pertinent but it seems that this is possibly not the case.
Clearly he has been and still is willing to admit and learn from mistakes. So for all this, Cerb earns another True.
