Full Name of Nation: The Dominion of Jamass
Brief History: In the mid-19 century, English and French explorers came to Jamass in hopes of finding a source of raw materials. They found a big opportunity with Jamass's large source of lumber. Both sides introduced themselves to the natives and bribed many tribes into helping each side gather Jamass's natural resources. Each side introducing their way of life and began moving settlers in. By 1935, desire for more resources and space for settlers lead to the construction of a Franco-Anglo border, separating Jamass into two colonies. The French North and English South.
25 years later, many Jamass natives, tired of colonial rule, heavy segregation and with their country split in two, staged many uprisings and total revolts. Violence rose as colonial power began to fail. By 2003, more then 50 years of uprising lead to the fall of the north/south border and birth a new national parliament with stood well until 2011.
March 5, 2011, a coup lead by General Allen Mèlgar to control of Domumbay. Assassinated by Tribal Jamass Freedom fighters in 2015, his son Gabriel Mèlgar is now acting leader of the Jamass government. Mèlgar is now working with others to re-construct a new Jamass parliament.
