History: The people of, what is now called the United States of Roy, go back as far as the early 1700s. English, French & Irish settlers began migrating to the land in an effort to start new lives, very much like the start of the United States of America. This movement was led by French/English pioneer Scott Roy. As the people began to settle in they began to establish diplomatic relationships with each other and eventually established borders and territories. These borders are the basis of what today are the seven states of Roy. In the late 1980s, while all 5 territories had yet to be officially established as a nation, talks began between the leaders of the seven states to form an alliance of the states. None of the territories were strong enough, military, politically, or economically speaking to stand on their own, so they began the motions of uniting all seven states. The people of the southernmost state, Fellio, were not on the same page as their leader and rebelled against the unification. The people of Fellio established a militia and guarded their borders and would not allow anyone in. The Fellio militia was weak and a joint militia from the other six states responded forcefully and after a 3 year war, the Fellio War, the people of Fellio stood down and joined the Unification of the United States of Roy. The constitution of the United States of Roy was signed July 14, 1992. There has always been resistance in the state of Fellio but the strong arm of the federal government has continuously calmed the waters and defended the upheaval of government. In August of 2017 just after the 25th Anniversary of Unification Day, survivalists from the Fellio people began a movement to secede from the United States of Roy.
