"Yes, actually it does." said the General, looking at the Doctor over his notepad as he wrote something down "Would you by chance know how many other camps such as these are currently located around Tunezona?"
"There are around 20 Surdran Red Cross camps including this one, I do not know how many camps are run by the Tunezonian government but I believe it is arould 100," Dr. Mears answered.
"There are sheep, there are wolves. I'm a sheepdog."
The LUSS fact-finders' visit the the refugee camp was cut short when two Surdran Army HH-60 dust-offs landed carrying several civilian that required medical attention. Dr. Mears quickly told the fact-finders that their visit was over and when a few protested Capitaine Nicolas Latour promptly told them it was Dr. Mears camp and her call.
So the Fact-Finders when then loaded back onto their bus and taken to a small military camp located several miles away on the outskirts of the capital city. Camp Mustang, as it was called, was a joint Tunezonian and Surdran base where the Surdrans were training the first batch of soldiers for the new Tunezonian army.
Once in the base the Fact-finders were taken off the bus and shown to a large set of bleachers next to a gun range where several Surdran soldiers where teaching basic marksman ship to over one hundred Tunezonians.
"Good afternoon and welcome. My name is Captain Jake Blackwell," the Captain was a far cry from what he looked like several months ago during the uprising. He was now clean shaven and was actually wearing a ACU uniform instead of local garb. "I am the officer in charge of training here at Camp Mustang, if you have any questions I will be more than happy to answer them for you."

"How many local-born soldiers is the Kingdom of Surdra expecting to put into duty regarding the defense of this island?" asked the Globexanterian General.
Captain Blackwell spent the next hour answering more questions and explaining what type of training the Surdrans were doing and their role at the camp. After he was done speaking he allowed the fact-finders to observe a joint training exercise between the Surdrans and Tunezonians at a shooting house.
The next day the fact-finders where flown to three different villages in the countryside on board a Surdran Army CH-47 transport helicopter. The first two villages were large the same, but while visiting the third they were taken to a mass grave just out side the village were 50 men and women had been bound and then shot. The locals claimed that a Verusean military unit had done it five years ago as punishment for a TFA ambush. A team of investigators from the NBI were going over the site and conducting forensic tests to find proof that the Veruseans had in fact done it.
On the day after visiting the three villages the fact-finders were allowed to observe a session of the National Assembly as they debated the rights guaranteed by their new constitution. When ever they hit a road block former LUSS Secretary-General Keira M. Rackham would give an example from other constitutions from around the world. Later during the same day they were allowed to observe a cabinet meeting of the provisional government. The meeting was largely centered on restoring services across the country and on preparing for the upcoming general elections.
The next day the fact-finders were returned to the airport and flown back home to file their reports.
