The central government of the Kingdom of Boltor is administrated by the Royal Court in Skycastle. Each of the Feudal Lords that pledge vassalage to the King sits on the Royal Court. The Royal Court has 13 voting members, with the sovereign having 7 votes, Dukes/Duchesses and Princes/Princesses have 2 votes, all other court members have 1 vote. There are currently 5 Dukes/Duchesses and 4 Marquess/Marchioness that have sworn vassalage to the King.

Skycastle The Seat of the Crown Population: 21,000 The Capital of Boltor, a large Castle-town, Skycastle was built on the edge of a cliff on the gradual slope of a mountain, with a river running through it to the edge of a cliff with a waterfall. Skycastle is said to be the most defensible city in the Kingdom and the most safe.
Waterdeep The City of Splendors/Guilds Population: 123,000 The largest city in Boltor, also the most rich, the guilds of Waterdeep run most of the business and trade within the city. The natural deep water harbour host a bustling port, which always has ships docking and departing, bringing goods from far and wide to the city. Waterdeep is not without problems, crime is moderate and a shadow war exists between the Thieves Guild and the Assassins Guild that has lasted the last decade.
Suzail The City of Fasion/Festivals Population: 45,000 A vibrant port city, Suzail hosts the Grand Cathedral of Fire. Fashions change seasonally within Suzail and set the trend for fashion in the region. Suzail also hosts the grandest festivals in the kingdom.
Arabel The City of Songs/Churches Population: 42,000 Arabel is a city built on the Tarrin river, notable for its many churches and multiple cathedrals to different deities. Famous as a site of inspiration for Bards.
Marsember The City of Spices Population: 36,000 The city lies on the eastern trade corridor on the border of the Wheellands, bringing exotic spices from the east to the Kingdom.
Steadwick The City of Swords/ The Foundry Population: 28,000 Notable for its blacksmith guilds that produces fine weapons and armor, the signature weapon of most of the guilds is the Sword. The city also hosts a lot of mercenaries, a man with enough gold could hire a legion in Steadwick. The Dancing Blade guild, a group of enchanters, holds a monopoly on enchanting within the city.
