Anyone interested in WW 28 should sign up here. I'll keep signups open until next Friday July 11, at 5:00PM EDT. However, if we reach 15 players prior to next Friday, I'll close signups if everyone votes to do so.
This game will be based on the infamous Gunfight at the O.K. Corral in Tombstone AZ,. The specific period will be immediately after the gunfight.
Here are the rules:
The Seer has FULL POWERS to build an army in this game, but there is only one. Thus, the SEER is allowed to PM all scanned individuals at his discretion. The Elder has two lives. Based on an idea used by Pengu last game, the elder role has been upgraded…
The elder now resembles the Queen in Chess as opposed to the King. The Elder may scan OR defend each night phase (but not both).
The Elder may also make a noble sacrifice by which the Elder dies but the Defenders and the Seer keep their powers.
The Elder and seer may PM those that they scan each night (if the elder chooses not to defend, but rather scan).
Defenders, Elder, and the Seer do not know the identity of the other party.
The Wolves and the Hunter know each other’s identity. To ensure the game is not slanted, the Wolves may choose to do one of the following each night: they may defend the Hunter, or they may attempt a “bushwhack.”
The proper vote for this game, given its old west theme should be “bushwhack (E.G. Bushwhack: Malecia).
Ideally, we need at least 15 players for this to be a good game. Once the signups close, I will go to www.random.org/lists/ and input everyone's names. I will run them through 3 times. Once the third run is complete, I will enter the 9 power roles and run those 3 times as well. From there, I will match up each power role with a player at a starting point determined by the flip of a coin (heads even, tails odds). So if it comes up heads, I'll start with player 2 on the Randomized list and assign a role to every other even player. This is the best way I can come up with to ensure that there is no way for anyone to figure out who's who before the game starts.
