Hello everyone, and welcome to the new Mad Islander. After a month of preparation, we are finally going to begin releasing content. The Mad Islander does not function like a normal magazine or news source. We are going to allow our content flow freely as it is produced and then hand select the best and most popular content for official releases which we will make available to the general public. It is completely up to you to decide how much or how little of our works you end up viewing. We will be writing articles about everything under the sun and probably even some about what's going on within and above the sun. I want the Mad Islander to encourage authors to write about whatever they'd like to write about as well as suggested topics from our audience. Unlike other publications, the Mad Islander intends to be highly interactive with our local and international readers. Not only will there be articles, but there will also be activities and puzzles released, some of which will feature prizes. In addition to these activities, our audience is encouraged to let us know what they think about our work. Feel free to comment below any published article telling us your opinions about the article itself and the topic it covers. The more activity that is generated, the more the author of the work will be rewarded. In addition to this, we ask that readers "like" content that they thoroughly enjoy and approve of. This will let us know what content is working and serve to drive the course of the future of the Mad Islander. There is much more I can say, but I think its time to just start releasing articles.
Thank you all again for your heavy support and your contributions to the Mad Islander already. This would have been impossible without you.
