Rookie of the Quarter
On behalf of the Council of Nine, I am please to award @northarcadianempire the Rookie of the Quarter Award. This iteration of the RoQ, posted at the start of the Third Quarter of 2014, recognizes an exceptional new nation who joined the forum between April and June 2014. Though he's only been on the forum for less than two months, Northern Arcadian Empire has dived right into Islands life--beginning forum RPs, frequenting Shelter's Taco Island, and joining The Defender Party. On NS, NAE is very active on the Islands' RMB and has a rather impressive set of factbooks on his nation. Additionally, NAE was chosen by Ater Nox as our featured nation last month.
Please join me in congratulating Northern Arcadian Empire on this honor! On a further note, I would be remiss if I didn't mention that there were many other dedicated new nations this quarter as well. As a former RoQ myself, I certainly look forward to seeing further successes from Northern Arcadian Empire and the rest of the new nations.
