If you want to call someone's attention to a thread or post, you can use a new feature of our upgraded ProBoards forum: tagging forum users. For example: Grub (Lenlyvit) <- is a tag, also known as a user link.
To insert a tag into a post, use the following code: @username Replace "username" with the username of the person you want to tag. For some forum members, their username may not match their displayed name, in which case you can go to their profile and find "Username" on the right. Alternatively, you can insert a tag by searching for a user after clicking on this button in the reply screen:
If you've been tagged, a number in a white should appear above "Profile" at the top of the forum, like this:
Click on "Profile," then click on the "Notifications" tab. There, there will be a list of posts you've been tagged in. Click on the name of the thread to jump to the post with the tag.

New forum upgrade -- when you reply to a message, there should now be a list of people who have posted in that thread. You can now just click on their names to tag someone.
