FROM: Department of Foreign Affairs, Free Kingdom of Auileria
TO: Embassies of primeon and person67
Further invitations go out to the relevant representatives of Rhinehaus and Agenopolis
The Auilerian government would like to host a summit on international trans-oceanic trade and welcomes representatives from your nations. The summit will mainly focus on maritime transport and trade of goods, but proposals for agreements on transportation by air and passenger transport are also welcome.
It is our hope that the following topics can be discussed:
- Lowering of import tariffs on goods from our respective nations
- The establishment of uniform safety and trade regulations for the trans-oceanic transport and trade of goods
Proposals for other topics of discussion may be submitted before or during the summit by any participant.
The summit will be held in the Royal Starfield Hotel in Freyrsburg, starting at the 22nd of April 2022. Accommodations will be provided for all delegations. If you wish to attend, give the name of your delegation leader and the total size of your delegation (including the leader).
(OOC: that puts the summit at starting roughly 1-2 weeks from now in RL time, but we can pretty much start whenever everyone seems ready and the timeframe will end up roughly right)
