10KI Investment Corporation Closed
Under the authority of clause 6 of NS206-1, the Council of Nine has voted to close the 10KI Investment Corporation after years of inactivity. Funds have been disbursed as fairly as possible, according to these rules, passed by the Council in NS219-2:
- Accounts of current nations and organizations shall be disbursed to that nation or organization.
- Accounts of CTE'd nations with a will on file shall be disbursed to their heirs in accordance with that will.
- Accounts of CTE'd nations without a will shall be given to the Regional Reserve.
- Funds owned by the Corporation alone (i.e. not in accounts) shall be disbursed to the Corporation's owner.
The Council, Chief Executive, and Regional Reserve Chair each reserve the right to make accommodation for unique cases or issues that may arise in the disbursement process.
As per the most recent records of the Corporation and donations made thereafter, the following active nations and organizations have had the amount of their investment accounts returned to them in the past hour:

(1,637,562 from his personal investment with the Corporation, 750,205 from the Corporation's own investment account, 32,279 from a measurement investment account, and 187,500 not invested but sitting in the Corporation's forum account).
