New NationStates Year Celebration

NationStates Year 223 has begun not long ago, and many Islanders from different islands, citizens of regional allies, and foreigners from different universes, who came to XKI for the new year, were celebrating with joy in the Island of Grub (Lenlyvit). However, the celebration was halted, as a result of a large riot that happened from a large group of drunk foreigners from different universes. The perpetrators were fined heavily, and the police force of Island Grub (Lenlyvit), not only used the fine paid for island reparation costs but also donated some of the fine paid to many 10000 Islands, wishing them the best of luck in NationStates Year 223. Therefore, the following nations received tacos:
