Today marks a historic day for our people. We have officially established our first government owned large scale arms production facility, and plan to expand soon, providing our people with half a million new assembly and machining jobs in the coming years.
Along with this news, I am proud to announce that after the automotive industry's refusal to adapt to new legislation, the government is prepared to offer outside investors up to a 49% stake in our newly acquired automotive plants. All investors must know that any non-motorcycle civilian vehicle built is for export only.
