Fourth Annual Paffnia Prize: The Winner
After a week of neck-and-neck voting, I am pleased to award the fourth annual Paffnia Prize to Regional Reserve Chair, TITO EF Tactical Officer, and former delegate, senator, and minister Woonsocket . Winning by 1 vote, Woon's Homesteading program of new nation bonuses is already getting new nations involved on the forum in our financial system, creating an incentive for continued activity. Congrats Woon!
In total, from all our generous donors, this year's Paffnia Prize sums to 411,775
, which will be sent along in the next few days.I would be remiss without also congratulating our hard-fought runners-up, Klopstock and TITO Command's TITO Skype and Louisistan's NationStates Stock Exchange, both of which have also greatly improved the Islands the past year.
