Louisistan,Kortexia,There is a colder place than Arctic? I had thought of 1000 Islands as a warm place but I guess they vary and some are cold, made a good start already forgot my password and had to reset.
Arctic came into being when our founder was looking for a 'name' region to found, we came across Arctic where the last two nations were about to die and when that happened we refounded, at first a couple of nations publishing weather reports for something to post we never expected it to last but nations seem to find us, oddly we find little success in recruiting and more in letting nations just find us, we polled members and we prefer to be a smaller region 40/50 nations luckily this happens naturally, if the region did grow beyond this on its own of course we wouldn't turn anyone away.
As before mentioned I was once a member of TITO but my time zone just missed the update so I suspect I was of limited use

If you just want a taster you could do an Arctic cruise, other activities in the next few months will be the actic song contest, then the yearly re-design of the regional flag and choosing the new regional anthem, activity is traditionaly slow at this time of year but these carry us through.Louisistan,@arcticambassador,Kortexia,Ardreas,
I am here dusting off the office, the fax machine bursts into life and a sheet of paper floats to the floor, I pick it up and read the words....
