It is my honor as the Senior Senator to present the Rookie of the Quarter award to a new nation of the 10000 Islands that has made an outstanding contribution to our region. This time, the award goes to Tuga Nation's Dragon !

You may notice that Tuga Nation's Dragon joined the Islands a bit before last quarter. However, he has shown an exemplary contribution. Apart from his high activity on the forum as a spammer, he has been a good and active recruiter. He has also been active on the political front. Tuga Nation's Dragon currently serves as the Deputy Minister of Immigration and has a candidate for senator during the last election.
