Elections
Senate elections are held at the beginning of every odd-numbered month.
Delegate elections are held at the beginning of March and September.
So:
January (Blue Canaria North, New Republica South)
March (Himes West, Lyonesse East, Delegate)
May (Blue Canaria North, New Republica South)
July (Himes West, Lyonesse East)
September (Blue Canaria North, New Republica South, Delegate)
November (Himes West, Lyonesse East)
The first Tuesday of the above months is Declaration Day. Nations have one week (until the following Tuesday) to declare candidacy.
The second Tuesday of the above months is Election Day. Citizens have one week (until the following Tuesday) to cast votes for candidates.
If a race is tied, the third Tuesday of such a month begins a 3-day runoff election between the tied candidates. Citizens have three days (until Friday) to cast votes for candidates.
