ROOKIE OF THE QUARTER
January 2019

Fellow Islanders,
The presentation of this award is quite late due to ~~high surf~~ technical difficulties, but it has arrived at long last. I had to go all the way back to June of 2018 in my diligent search for a most deserving individual (and the passage of recent legislation). While not a prolific poster, Na Kanaka Isles has proven a steadfast TITO member who has accrued 54 Battle Stars, and has attained the coveted Knight of TITO status ( although he has not recited the Knight's Oath yet, nudge nudge). As Senior Senator, it is both a pleasure and a privilege to present this highly coveted award to a most meritorious Islander:
