With the whole fiasco happening in the US state of Alabama as well as in others over the passage of legislation banning or restricting the procedure, what are your thoughts on the debate of Abortion?

I gotta say, this is a really tough issue. I am pro-life because I believe that there should be no excuse to end a child's life and that there are alternatives to abortion, like adoption. The GOP, however, is mucking up the meaning of being pro-life. Being pro-life is not just about abortion, it is also about protecting the dignity of all life, regardless of age, race, gender, ethnicity, religion, or sexuality. That means that banning abortion, but not making healthcare more affordable and advanced, providing welfare for low-income families or single parents, providing quality public education, enacting and enforcing environmental protections, passing gun control laws, stop separating families at the border, help asylum-seekers and refugees apply for visas, end the death penalty, stop euthanasia, provide aid for refugees all over the world, and helping the homeless on the streets of the US, you aren't truly being Pro-Life.

As Alabama returns to the Dark Ages, this is my philosophy: I have the right to decide for myself what happens to my body, not for you to decide. The converse is also true.

After four months the nervous system and brain is functioning and the precautionary principle come into play. By that time a pregnant woman should be presented with the option of abortion, and I don't mean they should need to ask. Doctors should be informing women of all their options regarding a pregnancy. After four months it should be limited to cases where the mother's life is threatened or with consideration for the child's wellbeing, IE in cases where they aren't going to survive after being born, or will have a condition that justifies non-voluntary euthanasia.
Also we should be making sure everyone has access to birth control and knows how to use it, not technically abortion but it shouldn't surprise anyone that people who can choose whether or not they get pregnant are far less likely to need an abortion anyway.
Also male birth control pill when?
