Ninth Annual Paffnia Prize
It's time for the ninth annual incarnation of the Paffnia Prize, the award given to the nation that comes up with the best new, implemented idea for the Islands each year. The Prize is administered and partially funded by Taco Island Charities. All the information on the Prize can be found here.
My personal contribution to the Prize stands at 1,559,586
and growing. As previously, TIC will match whatever I (Paffnia) put in, and Margaux has generously donated 1,000,000 , for a total of 4,119,172 so far. Others are, of course, welcome to donate on top of that.Continued from the past two years, the Baden-Wuerttemberg Ruby Prize for second place and Baden-Wuerttemberg Opal Prize for third place will also be awarded. In total, all three of the Paffnia and Ba-Wü Prizes will give out 4,000,000

Nominations will remain open until January 1st at 5:00 P.M. Pacific, near which point voting will occur for a week.
