Introduction
TITO (Ten thousand Islands Treaty Organization) is the 10000 Islands defense group. TITO provides for the regional defense of our region as well as going out to help defend regions that are attacked unfairly. TITO has helped defend many regions in our time and we wish to help regions live in peace.
Qualifications
To join TITO, you must qualify. Once you do, please follow the steps listed below under 'Application Process.'
To qualify for TITO you must:
1) Be a member of the World Assembly.
2) Have an account registered on the forum.
3) Have been a member of the forum or the Discord for at least one week.
4) Have three posts on the forum from different days or 25 Discord messages across 3 days
Application Process
If you qualify, apply for membership by just following these steps:
1) Answer the questions in the application form below.
2) Send your answers to TITO Applications Office by way of private message through this forum.
3) When you send your message, title it "TITO Application" and mark it as urgent.

1) What is your World Assembly nation's name?
2) Please list all other nations (puppets) you have anywhere in NationStates.
3) What prior experience do you having playing NationStates?
4) Which regions have you previously been a member of?
5) Have you ever invaded before?
6) Why do you want to join TITO?
7) Have you ever been a member of an organization that Defends or Invades?
8) What is your physical location? (Country in real life. If you live in the United States, please say which state you are from)
9) Discord (if you don't have Discord, could you get on Discord?):
10) I declare that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, the information given in this application is correct: Yes/No
Deliberately providing misleading information in your TITO Application is grounds for immediate removal from TITO.
11) I have read TITO's Mission Statement, listed below, and swear to abide by TITO rules if I am accepted: Yes/No
Process for Returning TITO Knights
Sometimes in the course of Real Life, it happens that a TITO Knight CTEs. At a later date, when RL allows, they may wish to return to active TITO. (Knights are TITO members that have attained 50 battle stars.) In this instance, the XO will create a thread to discuss the Knight's return. Upon approval by TITO Command of the Knight's return, the Knight will be asked to re-affirm their commitment to TITO by reciting the Knight's Oath, which will serve to remind them of their Knightly duties and obligations. Once the above has occurred, the Knight may return to active duty as before.
After your application is sent, TITO Officers will respond to confirm your acceptance, rejection, or ask further questions.

| TITO Mission Statement TITO, the Ten thousand Islands Treaty Organization, stands to defeat aggression in the NationStates world by defeating groups or regions that attack innocent regions. Any region that attacks an innocent region is an enemy of TITO and the 10000 Islands. The attacking of innocent regions is a cowardly and dishonorable practice. TITO stands up for the innocent regions of this game and will assist these regions by whatever means necessary, in accordance with NationStates rules. TITO cannot and will not defend every region in NationStates, but when a region is unjustly invaded, not only will we hold the option of defending that region in whatever manner we see fit, but we also hold the option of attacking the attacking regions homeland itself. TITO and the 10000 Islands seeks to live in peace with all regions in NationStates, but we will not back down to the those that wish to impose their will on innocent regions. This is a warning to all regions that engage in the practice of region crashing -- if we haven't heard of you yet, we will. If we haven't stopped you yet, we will, and if you haven't felt our presence in your homeland yet, you will. There are ways to make life difficult for those regions that wish to oppress others.
