Okay, to save time on our nation's time zones,
I propose the following:

-- We will have our first every AGM set Virtually! Meaning it will take place over a span of a time period.

-- After the majority of members approve the Interm-Constitution, then I will open the floor for Nominations. *Any last chances that is*

-- Then an election will occur. *Similar to that of the 10000 Islands Style!

The AGM will begin and last for as long as required....
*The AGM will be done virtually and is not expected to end for at least a few days! *

The AGM Convention will consists of:

- Call to Order, declaration from the Co-Founders (if applicable)
- Amendments / Approval of the Interm-Constitution
- Nominations from the Floor for any postion on the Council
- Cease of Nominations from the Floor to the Council
- Final Comments of Candidates for the Council
- ELECTION of the Council
- Statements of the elected officials
- Other Business
- Adjournment

Each board will open and close when deemed appropriate.
