Alright, I figure 2500+ recruitment telegrams should qualify me for getting my own House, even though I haven't been around 10000 Islands as long as the rest of you. Plus I used to have temples at both ADN and The North Pacific, so having a house should be piece of cake.

10 Box refers to the one of 10 boxes new nations will get when they sign up for the forum. Ah, now that is really nice to read! I'll add it to my signature. By the way, you're absolutely right. There's a whole bunch of guys from the other side of the large pond up here, so we have to stick together - a lesson we Europeans have finally learned as well in real life.

Well, first of all, it's supposed to be a kind of fun I'd say. Secondly, it's meant to express some kind of solidarity, something about sharing a certain tradition or however you want to call it. Of course, the "familiar" aspect is not to forget.

What could we do? - Hm, what about getting a cool stamp, badge, coat of arms or whatever to show that we share something, a sign to identify with?

I will start working on a coat of arms. Actually, I started one a while ago, so I can just customize it. So I will post it here when I'm done and you can check it out.

I'd love having some kind of flowers in it. Would be nice if the design was relatively simple though, without too many ornate symbols.

In regards to inviting people, hmm, I tend to just use one of the draft recruitment tgs and then welcome people when they join the region. Sometimes I manage to make the tg correspondance go for a bit, which is nice, since I'm not really good at smalltalk.

I make sure to always reply to those people who tell me they'd like to stay in their current region as well, and usually recommend that they check out the forum of whatever feeder they're in.

Edit: Any chance you could remove the 'II' btw? The only reason I've got that added to my forum nick is because Grub is a stickler for correct nation names. Everywhere else I just go by Ananke.
