Revised Criteria for Houses!

By ruling of the Council of Nine, there are new rules for the critieria to establish your own House on the 10000 Islands. The new rules are:

1) 1000 recruitment telegrams through the Accelerator.
2) Asking for the approval of the Minister of Immigration.
3) The Minister of Immigration will then bring the matter before the Council of Nine for a vote.

A majority vote in the Co9 will formally establish the rights of that nation to start their own House. Nations that do not get a majority vote in the Co9 the first time around will have to wait 30 days before the Co9 will be able to vote on the application again.

Already established Houses are exempted from these new rules.

How will I know if I have sent 1000 recruiting telegrams?

When you're using the Accelerator, click on the "Top Recruiters!" link on the right side of the page. There's a chart at the bottom of the page that lists everyone's points and number of recruitment letters sent out. Just find your name and look under the "Total Nations Contacted" column.

The accelator is the thing by which we recruit. It can show us how many telegrams we've sent. A recruitment telegram is a telegram which is sent to try and encourage nations to join us
