By agreement of the Council of Nine from 12/08, and submitted as an idea from Sinn Feins Ireland, I hereby announce the 10000 Islands Generations!
These 10000 Islands Generations represent different time periods in our region and every once in a while we will announce a new generation. Generations will also have family lines like the Honorable House of Enigmatic where nations recruited by Enigmatic would be grouped together to form their own familial line. Also, if you had a family line and one of the members gained the Delegacy, your family line would earn prestige. We will have both historic (all time) prestige and current prestige. The details of this still need to be determined.

This family tree will only include forum members.
Here is how it will work. Just say a new nation is recruited by me, they join the forum and since I recruited them, they are part of the House of Grub. This for WA and non WA nations. That nation will stay in the house of Grub until they meet the following criteria and will then be eligible to start their own family i.e. The House of Future 10000 Island Nation.
1) 1000 recruitment telegrams through the Accelerator.
2) Asking for the approval of the Minister of Immigration.
3) The Minister of Immigration will then bring the matter before the Council of Nine for a vote.
A majority vote in the Co9 will formally establish the rights of that nation to start their own House. Nations that do not get a majority vote in the Co9 the first time around will have to wait 30 days before the Co9 will be able to vote on the application again.
Already established Houses are exempted from these new rules.
Now these houses can gain in prestige depending on what becomes of its members. So if you start off with say the 'House of MinnaCaroline', the more forum nations you get in your house, the more your prestige goes up, and if those nations subsequently run for senate/delegate, or do some great artwork for the Co9, set up a business or whatever, then the prestige of the house would go up, from 'The House of', to 'The Honourable House of', to 'The Noble House of' etc, on a scale working upwards and upwards. If a house falls on hard times, then the reverse happens.
