The ACN is currently looking for up and coming leaders to help round out our ranks, as well as address current and future problems within our region.
We'd prefer that those joining be active, honest, and with a "conservative"* lean; that is, we prefer members who are opposed to change to the sake of change, but not so ingrained in tradition that they cannot accept a solution to a problem.
We respect what's been established, and don't enjoy mucking around with what works, but we recognize that sometimes, what's broken needs to be fixed.
If this describes you, please head on over to the ACN headquarters at acn2.proboards70.com/ . Even if it doesn't, come on over and see if you like what we stand for after you see it in action.

*EDIT: It should be pointed out that I don't mean "conservative" as it pertains to RL politics, but rather as it pertains to XKI politics as per the definition given. Thanks, Shiz (=

As an ACN member, I should point out that being conservative in real life is not a prerequisite for joining this Conservative Party. I've got a slight left lean in real life and it turns out that this party best suits my XKI interests.
The best thing about UDP jokes is that I don’t care if you get them or not.

I have a question. Does the ACN ever hold elections within itself to determine who leads the party?
Well, our party is only five members strong at the moment. As a result, our party is rather decentralized, with most decisions being made by a committee of whoever visits the forums.
So I guess what I'm getting at is... no. And, to be honest, we don't need to, because we all lead. It's kind of like how we have things set up in Co9; we have a clear leader, but everybody in the party is free to propose ideas, join in with the decision making, and ultimately decide the direction for the party.
