I still see this as an entirely absurd resolution. It's intent is basically a statement of "You are a bunch of dumbasses that need to read more carefully". Impossible to tell if an individual reads a resolution, or even less whether they understood it.
If you don't like the way a resolution goes, repeal it if it passes. If it doesn't pass redraft it with a different name.
I'll be glad when this passes, and I have no doubt it will get repealed or ignored. I'll even hire a guy to sit there and say yep, I read it. He might even be telling the truth. Who can tell?
I agree Cerb, but, as I said in the debate a few minutes ago, it looks as though our hands are tied. This resolution will pass whether or not we like it, so the best we can do is to just let it be and deal with it from there. Maybe a nation better at international affairs than I will be willing to write a repeal.
