Judge: Overruled. The question in and of itself was not asking for anything other than facts in evidence. However, I would caution the witness to please limit your answers to questions from Counsel, and not add in any observations of your own on the law or on procedure.

Defense: I would like to enter an objection Your Honor, to the answer. The officer is stating that the Defendat was identified in a line-up, but there is nothing in evidence to show that.

Judge: Sustained. Let's move on, Counselor.

Defense: Officer, while you made your initial canvas of the scene, didi anyone identify to you my client as the prepetrator?
