okay, they're hardboiled eggs. then you shell the eggs, obviously. Then you cut the egg into half longwise. Next, you take out the yolks. Mash together the yolks with mustard, mayo, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy. Spoon the yolk into the white egg halves, into the hole left by the yolk. Add a generous amount of paprica and an optional pickle garnish.

Yum! I love it, though when I make it, it always gets kinda lumpy and vomit-looking.....it IS tasty however. But I never used paprica, just your ordinairy lettuce....pickles sound pretty intruiging, must try that onces when feeling peculiar . (hmmm, saying this I feel like my mother's best friend staying over for diner...)
Worship the potato? The idea seemed silly to me. But then I thought, what else is more deserving of worship? It's simple, it comes from the earth, and it can kill you if you disobey it.

Running the gamut from early posts to later ones, passing the middle ones over briefly:
mayo -- yuck in general, major yuck on fries. Good mixed with artichokes, parm, and garlic, and cooked for about 20 minutes in the oven.
No paprica -- or paprika as I think it's mostly spelled around here -- chips. Methinks they would be awesome. I'm almost tempted to try to make some myself, but I'm sure it would turn out horribly wrong.
We also don't have, in any place I've ever been, the All Dressed everything on 'ems Chips that one of our Canadians mentioned.
But we do on occasion have Jalapeno Chips, which can be tasty tasty tasty!
Ah yes, Jalapeño chips, they are really good. Speaking of Mayo, what's the name of the mayo-like-sauce that is made from mayo, pickles and curry? Remoulad-something? I can't remember... If you know what I'm talking about, what do you think of that? That's even better than mayo on fries I think.
