Att: New Rocket Fuel
I have developed a new formula for a polymer-based solid rocket fuel. It works on the basis of your standard alumina-oxiding agent but assists the process by burning hotter, and hence faster while taking up less mass per energy released.
Anyway, I've now tested fuel thanks to the use of the research labs at the Skwerrel facility - I'm happy to say it was a stunning success.
I'm passing the formula over to the fueling facility for production.
Oh and about said lab... you need improvements with your fire-protection system. Destruction of said lab, the nearby cafeteria, locker rooms, and boiler room during the test are enough proof of that.

ok. lets meet at my capitol. Our ministrys skyscraper would be good. bring your government leaders and space program leaders and come. We plan to launch in 2 months.
General Announcement for the ISO Space City Campus
Late yesterday the ISO shot its first rocket from Space City Rocket Tower Beta. This rocket was the culmination of innovative designs from the ISO R&D teams. It used an experimental new fuel. Approximately 15 minutes after take off, the test rocket safely slashed down off the coast of Skwerrel and was recovers intact. We are proud to announce that the test of a complete success.
The rockets will now be fitted together to serve as the ISO Shuttle's primary and secondary stage propulsion. It is expected that it will be completed on time.
Also, after and unfortunate accident, the that ISO fuel lab that burned down as almost been reconstructed.
Further updates to come.

Att: Payload
Santiago here. I've been looking into the satellite development in between playing around with the structural testing crew and I've noticed something that I thought I should point out.
The present design appears to somewhat, gee how do I put it? 'bulky'. While it'll probably work fine (and that it's probably too late to make any major modifications with the launch not far off) I have made a few notes and design suggestions for a second model should it come to pass.
Anyway, I'm off to Ebedron with Andy to take a last minute look at the shuttle and launch gantree tomorrow. Hans is staying behind to overlook the last stages of the rocket development - I'm sorry to hear about the lab... if it's any consolation it's not the first time he's done something like this. Or the last for that matter - keep an eye on him.
All the best, Dr. Donna Santiago

To: ISO Main Campus From: ISO Skwerrel Campus Rocket Construction Yard
We are pleased to inform you that the rockets has been constructed and is currently being loaded onto the ship to be transported to Ebedron. The ETA is 2 weeks. Also on the ship is our part of the launch assembly.
We are currently discussing with out "independent" minded consultants about transport of the highly volatile fuel.
We will relay further information when we know more.
Sincerely, Chyb Chik Transport Coordination Specialist, ISO Skwerrel Campus

very well. we will install the rockets when they arrive and prepare for launch, but will wait for your goal, since your command center controls the mission in space.
To: All ISO participating Nations From: The Department of Transportation Aeronautics Branch (DTAB)
We here at the DTAB have been met with urging sentiment from our people of Ulgania to have a space program. As it is prudent that we do not rush this process, we would wish to participate in this program, mostly by offering whatever monetary assistance that we can. At this point, we do not believe that we can offer a larger short-term commitment, but we think that for the long-term, we could be very benificial to the ISO.
Right now, our rocket research has brought us to develop engines for supersonic travel for the military's airforce, and we have other large engine for civilian use (all regulated into privatly owned by companies, however large they may be).
So far we have not been able to penetrate the stratosphere, and all efforts to get beyond it have ended disasterously (with pieces of one rocket crashing down into the Holy City of Strataria).
To conclude, we would like to participate in the ISO program, and it is our overall goal to put a man in space in the next few months, if of course we can be included in the ISO.
Sincerely, Dr. Marvin Durch, sr advisor to for DTAB
PS If raw material is needed, it of course can be purchased from us. From what we unterstand, most of the materials needed for this program can be mined from the mountains in our Eastern region.

From our capitol of Serpintine, to the forests of Customoshanka, we celebrate our heritage!
This sound reasonable. We have almost constructed our second shuttle, we need you to send your applicants for the space program. We are launching our first shuttle 10XIS Unity. Our astronauts will be deploying a satellite. We hope you will be able to join us on the next mission, Which will be to explore the close moon nearby.
In several days, the Ebedron Shuttle Program, will launch their first two shuttles. Along with allies from around the region, they will become the first into space.
