@first: It's our name for when a wolf sacrifices one of their own, and I don't mean "jumping on the bandwagon". I mean them being one of the early voters to vote for their fellow wolf. It's named that because Mal used it and managed to win the game because of it.

That's why the Seer exist, you scan the guy who killed the wolf if he survives the next night.
I met a fish lady and burned her house down. We're best friends now.

I don't know whether to be flattered or ashamed. It really wasn't my intention...
You've just got to expect a little good natured ribbing after the rough-and-tumble of a hard fought elimination game....Although I can't help but notice you've invoked the 4th Law of "Cal's Con" twice post-game already! ;D
In fact, just to prove I've no hard feelings, I promise not to post the "Cal's Con" card in my sig for a full month, unlike what Hood did after suffering the Mal Maneuver! ;D

@ First, yeah, our seers have not had much luck the past 3 games. This time they went inactive, and the 2 games before that, they were killed on the first night.

Actually, now that I think about it, the wolves have won at least 4 in a row. It was 4 games ago that Mal performed his 'Mal Maneuver'. 3 games ago Gunny and I won, 2 games ago it came down to a final day vote and I screwed it up and Land won, same thing this game.

Aerso, you're being too harsh on yourself. You uncovererd two wolves for us that game, and I not only voted with you that final vote, but I pulled us off Land earlier when there were 3-4 votes against him already posted...I owe a lot of innocents big-time for that one.

Yeah, and the assassin's the hardest to find, since he's a "lone" wolf with no structural ties to any other player in the game. Between that and the Mal Maneuver, the towns people have a very difficult task -- especially if they lose the Seer or Elder early in the game, which has happened often recently.
