Council of Nine Resolution NS155-1 - Rules for Requesting Embassies
The following rules are the minimum rules required for the 10000 Islands to accept a new Embassy.
Region must have been in existence for 6 months.
Show a viable community of active members.
Upon reaching these minimum requirements a post should be made in the Embassy Request Center. After the application has been reviewed by the Delegate of the 10000 Islands it will be presented to the Council of Nine for vote. The requesting region will be informed of the Council's decision by the Delegate of the 10000 Islands.
Periodically the region will be checked by the 10000 Islands Emissary to see if it continues to function as a viable community. If the requirement is no longer met it will be reported to the current serving Delegate. The Council may elect to close the Embassy for this reason.
The Council reserves the right to waive these rules for individual regions that they believe warrant special consideration.
