Yes, I'm asking about WAPP in this case?

To Hahiha / USSR or whoever speaks for WAPP: this party has been inactive for a lengthy period. As Senior Senator of NRS, it is incumbent upon me to point out this: NS 241-1: Election Reform Bill
Political parties must put no less than three candidates up for election each year, leaving the parties open to decide who will run for what senate or delegate seat up to the respective parties. Should one or more party fail to meet this standard, the party or parties in question may be considered inactive and closed at the discretion of the NRS senator.
Senate elections come up again in January 2019. I emphatically urge you to offer a candidate to run for office. Please respond at your discretion. Jabberwocky

I want to join the party. Hope it isn't closed. D:
This party is on the brink of being closed due to inactivity. The party head and members fail to respond to inquiries. I'm happy to see you want to get involved though. Please consider another party.

I decided to check the forums. While we have not had anybody run for election recently (or so I can presume) is it not at least somewhat forgivable since the leader (myself) was CTE'd/inactive and we currently have a member on the Co9 in an unelected position (United Royal Islands as MoE)?

Thanks for responding. The law does not provide for keeping a party open due to affiliation of an appointed official. Certainly if WAPP had run a single candidate I might be disposed toward leniency.

Notice to WAPP members-- NS 241-1: Election Reform Bill stipulates:
Political parties must put no less than three candidates up for election each year, leaving the parties open to decide who will run for what senate or delegate seat up to the respective parties. Should one or more party fail to meet this standard, the party or parties in question may be considered inactive and closed at the discretion of the NRS senator.
Due to failure to observe this condition, the World Assembly Political Party is hereby closed. This thread will be moved to the XKI Political Party Archive thread. Anyone interested in reviving this party should contact the Senator of New Republica South. Members are cree to choose another party at their discretion.
