The Wonderful World of Westeros RP
This RP is inspired from the book/television show Game of Thrones, but it does not follow the storyline.
Summary
In the continent of Westeros, winter is coming. The 7 kingdoms are at war. You are surrounded by more enemies than allies. You don't know who to trust. With winter comes chaos. Will you fall victim to it or create it? You can attack, negotiate, or quietly sabotage all who oppose you. What will you do? If you survive, if you can conquer your enemies, you will still have to face the greatest threat of all, the whitewalkers.
How To Play
You are the lord of an imaginary house. Your peasants, working men, maesters, soldiers, and, most importantly, family count on you to lead them to victory. The decisions are all on you, but the results are not. At the start of the game, you will receive random attributes in the categories of war, trade, and sabotage. Once a day, you will have the option to attack, negotiate, or sabotage anyone you choose. The higher your attribute, the better the chance of success (ie. the higher your war attribute the better chance attacking has of succeeding). If you succeed for that day, the category that you chose increases by one attribute and the defender loses one attribute point. At some point, one person will be left standing, while everybody else has no attribute points for any category. He/she has not won yet, though. He/she will be faced with the whitewalkers, who will be equally strong and have the same amount of attribute points. This will create a 50/50 chance of winning or losing. Regardless of winning or losing, the game will restart and it will continue again.
Rules
Gameplay
Results are completely random. Having a higher attribute does not guarantee success. You may only attack, negotiate, or sabotage one person per day. Failure to declare your intentions of the day holds no reprercussions, it just brings a possible disadvantage. Everyone's ratings will be known to everyone under the list of members.
Roleplaying
This is a game, but roleplaying between turns is highly encouraged. The players in this RP are the lords of imaginary houses from Game of Thrones. Location is irrelevant. You may or may not create house flags. The only requirement is that you announce your house name. You are encouraged to roleplay as much as possible in any way you like (as long as it makes sense, so use your judgement).
How To Sign-Up
Applications to join the game are required. Applications should look like this:
House Name: House Huntman
Lord/Lady's name: Ryon Huntman
House flag/emblem (optional):
Location/fealty (optional): Baratheon
Family history/backstory (optional): Eldest son of Luke Huntman. Married to Jane Tyrosus with 5 sons. Has a younger brother by the name of Ethan Huntman. Lord Bannerman of King Robert until his death. Pledged fealty to Renly Baratheon until his untimely death. One of the many who then pledged fealty to Stannis Baratheon. Fought valiantly at the Battle of Blackwater and survived.
