Yes, that is a mistake on my part, I was thinking of St. Petersburg though.

Too be honest, I would've never gotten the U.S. President one, no matter what side. I'd be too lazy to even Google it.
in all actuality, the president question would have been tricky anyways. While the actual answer would have been FDR since he was president around that time, most in the younger generations tend to completely associate WWII with President Truman. So unless you actually read a history book and retained presidential-date knowledge, the answer would have been wrong.
I will echo what Louis said earlier though. In future games, I think it should all strictly be in character.
The problem with period-specific games is the questions that people will ask versus the role of the person being asked. I can understand Aerso's asking the US president or the moon landing questions...but depending on his role and the role of the person being asked should dictate whether they'd even know something like that. When he asked me the president question, I was tempted to say the answer...but at the same time, my role was an enlisted Nazi member. I wouldn't actually know something like that, nor would I know the moon question if he had asked me that one as well. Considering, as I mentioned in my post in the beginning, a typical nazi soldier only knew what he was told by the leaders, he wouldn't have the privilege of that information since it'd be considered a more classified bit of info for the leaders to use.
And then the problem with that is that if you don't answer, you're automatically thought of as the spy. So in a way history specific questions and things like that would work just as much against the good guys as they would the spy.
