Welcome to the House of Louisistan.
The Charter of The House of Louisistan
I, Louisistan of the House of Ananke, TITO Tactical Officer do hereby found The House of Louisistan upon the principles and rules layed out in this Charter.
I.) The House of Louisistan firmly believes that it is its duty to defend the 10000 Islands, its allies and those who cannot defend themselves. Every eligible member of the house is strongly urged to serve in TITO. Ejection from TITO may result in ejection from the House at the House Founder's discretion.
II.) The House shall endeavour to compete in all competitions between the Houses and strive for excellency in these competitions.
III.) The House shall have everlasting bonds of friendships with the House of Ananke II from which this house branched off and with the House of Ayunli .
IV.) The House shall be governed by the House Founder and the Grand Council. The Grand Council shall consist of all TITO Knights in the House.
V.) In the Event that a House Steward shall have to be appointed, it is the expressed will of the House Founder that - if possible - the longest serving member of The Grand Council shall serve as House Steward
VI.) The House Founder may award and revoke titles and jobs in the House at his pleasure.
VII.) Any and all powers and privileges reserved for the House Founder under this charter shall be transferred to the House Steward when a House Steward is in place.
VIII.) Any changes to this charter requires a two-third majority vote in the Grand Council. The House Founder reserves the right to veto such a change.
IX.) All islanders are welcome to join this House, even if not recruited by a member of this House.
X.) The dungeons are for duelling only!
XI.) There is no Article XI.
XII.) Except that one dungeon. You know the one I mean!
XIIa.) The living dungeons next to the regular dungeons are fit for living, albeit just barely.
