A New Mock Trial!

Ok, I was sitting at the cafe across the street having lunch when I saw a man go into the house. He was wearing a bluish grey jacket and had short brown hair. I noticed him leave pretty quickly a few minutes later. When I heard about the death the next day I recognised the address and went to the nearest police station to report what I saw.

Well your honor, i want you to know i was very supportive of my daughters choice in relationships and we were very close. My daughter never confided on me about any depression or suicidal thoughts or tendencies. She loved her life and...it was taken from her.

(Is choked up)

She shared with me some issues and concerns she had, including a problem she had with Mr. Hahiha / USSR that led to some very panicked concerns involving him. She had known Mr. Hahiha / USSR for quite some time and she confided in me about an incident she had with him two weeks ago. She told me that he verbally pressed her for relations, saying that he had feelings that couldnt be hid any longer. She said that Mr. Hahiha / USSR knew about her orientation but he had expressed that he didnt care because that was just a phase. She also told me that he felt HE could be a phase of hers, he didnt want a relationship just a fling. After turning him down my daughter told me that she was frightened and scared because 3 days after the incident she found that her sparr house key was missing. Two days after that she came home to find him watching TV inside of her house and expressed concern to the police, eventually gaining a restraining order on Mr. Hahiha / USSR. She had told me multiple times that even though he had been in her house that he never physically attacked her, only verbally bashed her for her orientation.

In summation, i will not bring my personal thoughts on Mr. Hahiha / USSR into this and i will also say that i will not make assumptions about what happened in that house because i do not know and i only have pseudo-beliefs about what happened.
