As we did last season, Lou Chance Gambling Enterprise will offer some deluxe gambling on German Basketball for the 2015/16 season of the Beko Basketball Bundesliga as well as the sourrounding competitions. We would be quite honoured to welcome our beloved patrons back to this regular game.
We will be offering several different games for the different competitions:
Beko BBL Champions Cup:
This wonderful event will kick off the season on September 27th. It will pit the German Basketball Champion FC Bayern München against the German Basketball Cup Winner EWE Baskets Oldenburg. Since it will mark the beginning of the season, we will be using it as sort of a test run. For 100 Tacos you will be able to bet on the winner of that game. If you bet correctly, you take it all. If nobody wins, you will get your money back, because we treat it as a test run. Don't expect any of that graciousness when regular season comes around, though
Regular 2015/16 Season
The Weekly Game
The regular season is played in 34 rounds. 18 teams will be pitted against each other, once at home and once as the guest team. Each week, I will post the games that will be played that week. For 100 Tacos per game you may bet on who wins the game. If you win, you will be payed out the pot for the game (if there is more than one winner, you will obviously have to share). If nobody bets correctly, the money is transferred to the jackpot. The jackpot will also receive weekly contributions from Lou Chance Gambling Enterprise. If somebody has bet correctly on all 9 games of a round, he or she will be payed out the jackpot.
The Relegation Ticket
As they were last season (well, sort of) the two teams placed last during the regular season will be relegated to the second league, 2. Basketball Bundesliga ProA. For 500 Tacos, you may name two teams which you think will be relegated to the 2nd league, but you must do so before January 1st. If you have bet one team correctly, you will receive 750 Tacos and if you bet both correctly, you will receive 1000 Tacos.
The Playoff Ticket
The 8 best-placed teams of the regular season will compete in the playoffs. For 100 Tacos each, you can name up to eight teams, which you think will qualify for the playoffs. The game closes, once the first team has qualified. For each team that has qualified you will receive 160 Tacos. Additionally, the ticket that is closest to the actual result, will be payed out 2000 Tacos by me.
Beko BBL Top Four
The Beko BBL Top Four is the competition for the German Basketball cup. It consists of three qualifying games and the actual Top Four competition (consisting of the Semi-Finals and Finals carried out on the same day, as well as a game for third place). The qualifying rounds will be handled like regular season games, only there will be a seperate jackpot. For the Top Four, a bet costs 1000 Tacos. For a bet, you will put the four teams in the order in which you think they will be placed at the end of the tournament. If you get all of them correct, you win all the pot plus the (seperate) cup jackpot. If nobody wins the jackpot it will be used by us for future jackpot contributions.
