I think for the wolves to save Hakke, they needed to jump on an Elite, Flag, Boltor or Woon train. The fact they didn't make me slightly suspicious towards those people.

Alternatively, I'm also wondering whether the wolves were trying to block the Hakke votes with abstains. With Palman clarifying that towards the end of the phase and the number of no lynches/abstains, perhaps they hadn't realised it wouldn't work. Looking at the abstains after Tanz's first Hakke vote, Sorya and Sauron both voted when there was only one vote against Hakke, while Flag Flayers, The Kerguelen Archipelago and SweetHaven all voted abstain once Hakke had the most votes against him.

I'd like to hear from SweetHaven, The Kerguelen Archipelago and Flag Flayers about why they voted abstain.

I vote abstain because that was the first time I had ever looked at the WW-52 thread before and I didn't really know what was going on but I wanted to get a post in so I didn't get removed for inactivity.

No, in fact, it no one ever has to drink it. If someone is holding it when they die, the potion is lost and no one gets to drink it.

The odds for a mislynch are high, and I didnt want to take that chance.

Finally I can capitalize and use different lines when writing!

Anyways I voted abstain because I'm new to the game and I didn't want to vote someone randomly like I did with Control since because you said that randoming helps no one. I also saw a bunch if people abstaining so I decided to abstain as well and let the experienced people do the voting.

Anyways for today's vote I will vote against Elite. No one underestimates my writing department!

Having thought things over a little more, I'm also suspicious that Hahiha / USSR or Free Guns For All being a wolf could explain the wolves apparent lack of action in the first phase. I'd like to hear from them as to what they're thoughts are so far.

Looking at the votes for mayor, Hakke voted for Woon as Mayor, but seeing that Woon was the one to lock in Hakke's death I'm not reading much in to that.

I must apologize, I was out of town due to my grand-uncle dying. They don't exactly have the best internet where I went. I was able to skim the thread but I don't know enough to do more than guess at who the wolves are.

Louis night one, probably because he is a strong player
Nate night two. Hero roles were posted before that. Nate posted a gif, and talked about superpowers. Perhaps the wolves though this was a role hint.

So, I suspect there is at least one experienced player among the wolf pack.

I think the inactive wolves thing might be a step in the right direction as well. Otherwise, we're dealing with inexperienced or cautious wolves. I believe Hah, DoC, Sorya, Gunny, Sauron, Kerg, SweetHaven, Alkasia and Flag Flayers all didn't commit to voting last phase, but I'm pretty sure most of them posted at one point or another about being unconvinced by any of the lynch trains.

So, my defence is...I don't really have one. Honestly, the last week or so I've just been mentally and physically drained, trying to juggle work, helping a friend with personal issues (that I don't believe I should talk about), and working on a personal goal I've been hoping to accomplish for years. I'm running on an average of five hours sleep and as much chocolate I can get my hands on. I'm not trying to convince you that I'm not a wolf (I'm not, but that's beside the point), that's just my reason for inactivity here. I just try to login to NS once a day, even if it's just to answer issues or endorse people or something. The forum's not at the front of my mind most of the time.

Now, if I remember correctly, it's still a day phase, so Vote: Lynch Control, because he voted for me. My brain can't be bothered coming up with something better at this stage. Now, if you don't mind *falls back to sleep*

Neither Alkasia nor Sorya had very convincing reasons for voting abstain. W/o much else to go on. I'll go with lynching Sorya because he cited Alkasia as his reason for voting abstain.

Chocolate isn't good for dogs, and I'm assuming wolves too. If Gunny starts throwing up everywhere, I say we lynch him
