WELCOME TO THE XKI LOTTERY!
The XKI Casino offers two separate weekly lottery games called the ”GUARANTEED WIN” game and the “BIG DRAW” game. The winning numbers in each game are determined by the drawings held in the North Carolina (NC) Lottery every Friday morning. All weekly XKI Lottery tickets must be purchased by Friday, 8:00 a.m. Forum Time. Tickets purchased after that time will be applied to the next drawing.
To play, you simply choose the lottery numbers you want in each game and post them, then send your payment (donation) to The New XKI Casino.
Note: this is a different account than the one that posted this originally. Please make sure to send your payment to The New XKI Casino by clicking the name in this line or the line above.
If your numbers match (or are close to matching) those drawn in North Carolina on Friday morning, you win. Simple. Right?
Here is how each lottery game is played:
GUARANTEED WIN (GW) – Cost: 50 Tacos per ticket
• For each GW ticket you want to buy, choose any number consisting of 3 digits from 000 to 999, inclusive.
• The winning number is that drawn by the North Carolina (NC) Lottery in its “Pick 3” game each Friday day drawing.
• The three GW tickets that match, or come the closest to matching the number drawn in North Carolina win the following amounts:
** A ticket that exactly matches the NC number drawn wins 1000 Tacos.
** The ticket that comes the closest to matching the NC number drawn wins 75% of all the Tacos bet in the GW.
** The ticket that comes 2nd closest to matching the NC number drawn wins 20% of all the Tacos bet in the GW.
• In the event of ties among winning tickets, the winning amount shall be split equally among the tied winners, except that each ticket with the exact matching number will still each receive 1000 Tacos.
• A really Taco-rich Islander could buy every GW number, thus guaranteeing they would win all prizes and collect the 1000 Taco bonus. Therefore, individual purchases of GW tickets are limited to 50 tickets for each drawing (2500 Tacos total).
BIG DRAW (BD) – Cost: 15 Tacos per ticket
• For each BD ticket you want to buy, choose any number consisting of 4 digits from 0000 to 9999, inclusive.
• The winning number is that drawn by the NC Lottery in its “Pick 4” game each Friday morning.
• The holder of a BD ticket whose number exactly matches that drawn in NC wins the amount of Tacos in the BD “Jackpot”.
• The Jackpot resets to 100,000 tacos following a Jackpot winner.
• The following tickets also win the following amounts:
** 2 numbers correct (correct number and placement) - 100 tacos
** 3 numbers correct (correct number and placement) - 1000 tacos
** 4 numbers correct, but in wrong order - 3000 tacos
(If the "Jackpot" is not won, 10,000 tacos will be added to it for the following week.)
• A really Taco-rich Islander could buy every BD number, thus guaranteeing they would win the Jackpot. Therefore, individual purchases of BD tickets are limited to 500 tickets for each drawing (7,500 Tacos total).
THREE-TIME FREE PLAY - For Islanders with less than 15,000 Tacos in their tacos bank accounts
To encourage new Islanders to sign up on the forums, and some of our current Taco-poor residents to become more active, the XKI Casino offers up to a three-time free play in both the GW and BD.
Anyone registered in the forum who has less than 15,000 Tacos in their personal combined Wallet and Bank Accounts may post 10 GW numbers and 15 BD numbers for free. This is a 725 Taco value which will NOT be applied in determining the total payouts to be made in the GW and BD pots. This free play offer is not available once an Islander's combined accounts reaches or exceeds 15,000 Tacos. To place a bet, you simply post the numbers in numerical order in below thread. As soon as the Casino Manager has confirmed your bet, your numbers are in play.
AUTO-PLAY ACCOUNTS - Keeping your lottery tickets in play without having to post them over and over
Any Islander is welcome to request that their tickets be played automatically each week by opening an Auto-Play Account. Each account has a balance of Tacos that is used to re-enter your tickets into each week's drawing, eliminating the need for you to send in a payment every single week. There are two kinds of account:
• The Auto-Play Payout Account keeps your tickets in play and pays out your winnings each week after each drawing, via donation to you. The account balance decreases by the cost of your lottery tickets each week and must be refilled when it falls below the cost of your lottery tickets.
• An Auto-Play Reinvestment Account adds your weekly winnings to its account balance instead of paying them out each week. That way, you'll be able to play continuously without the need for refilling your account (well, there are no guarantees in life. Should you be so unlucky that you never win anything, your balance does decline and needs to be refilled). You can also use a Reinvestment Account to keep track of how well you do each week. If you want to replenish your account, you send a donation AND post in this thread that you did so. Of course, the tacos in your account are yours, so if you want to withdraw Tacos, all you have to do is post in below thread and the Casino Manager will, as promptly as they can, wire you the Tacos.
All you have to do to open an Auto-Play Account, or to change what type of account it is, is simply to post in this thread to make your wishes known. Make to send a donation to the XKI Casino to cover at least 4 weeks' worth of tickets. The Casino's staff of
ESCROW ACCOUNTS
Islanders enrolled in an Auto-Play Account, who are re-masked as CTE during the Period Between Draws will have their account suspended and placed in Escrow. During which no Tacos will be charged to the account, and the number list still held by the casino. Escrow status will be held 30-Days. XKI Casino will disperse the value of the APA account back to the accountholder, or the appropriate Will-Holding Authority, i.e, The Regional Reserve, CTE Solutions, or in the event of lacking a will, Taco Island Charities, after the allotted Escrow Period has elapsed. Once the funds are dispersed XKI Casino will release all held ticket numbers. These rules are subject to change with the Laws of Taco Island, and at the request of the Senator for Himes West.
HOW TO BUY LOTTERY TICKETS – Two Steps
• To order your tickets, just post your numbers in this thread, in numerical order please.
• After you have posted your numbers, please send a donation equal to the total cost of the tickets purchased to XKI Casino by clicking on the “Send Donation” link (one of the tabs top right) on XKI Casino's profile page.
You can find examples of how to post your numbers by simply scrolling this thread. However, a sample post is as follows:
