I have been informed by the delegate that Grub banned me in abstensia back in 2007. It’s a bit blurry but I believe I left before it took place. Nonetheless I would like to formally have my ban formally overturned and moved to full reinstatement. I will post this in the RMB, Discord and Forum for transparency purposes.
10+ years ago ALP (referred to “I”) was heavily involved in the 10KI Region. At points of my history 10+ years ago I was a TITO Field Commander, Speaker of the AoN a participant and founder of the political party system, and active as former Minister of Labour. Throughout my time I was active in all areas. At no point was I raider nation.
From my memory, I had disgruntled disputes with Grub over the way division of powers with AoN and the founders powers. However at no point did I invoke any insurrection back 10+ years or since. Also another time occurred when a Defending mission took place (I believe with DEN) which Grub insisted as a TITO Field Commander I take advantage of a NS Game Glitch to overtake a raided region. I did not believe at the time exploiting a game glitch was appropriate despite my feelings of raiders (they are scum!)
(IRL serious note: It’s been 10+ years, since then IRL I have been a model citizen. I have actually served in real grassroots politics, became an HR professional, moved thousands of KMs away, graduated college, marry the love of my life and recently had a son. I am looking to return to casual role play and enjoy the forums once again. I even have paid to keep my two nations active throughout NS donations. If Grub was still around I would love to chat with him and bury the hatchet over a decade ago).
I will participate in any required Questions, assessments or summons to further clarify or prove my sole intention in this region— to only have active participation.
As part of due process, A Lee Project (and the Cromwell nation’s) formally request our ban be overturned through the Unban Act NS 257-1 and will due what it takes to become active again within a region we have always loved. Since the age of 18-19.
