The Regional Reserve shall run a "homesteading" program to reward new Islanders with Tacos and/or gifts of monetary value. The details of the program, such as eligibility and rewards, are at the discretion of the Regional Reserve Chair.

I would like to announce that the Regional Reserve is formally raising the New Nations Stipend from 20,000 to 40,000 tacos,effective immediately. This will be a permanent increase and the appropriate request thread has been edited.
