A few things. First, establishing a committee is a proposed course of action which arose during the discussions concerning tea, and as such is very much an allowable topic for further discussion and voting. Secondly, the entire committee is entirely optional. We’re equally fine with just putting you in charge of it personally. You can be the Tea Tsar. Finally, we already have an agenda in place, introduced and approved by yourself, so I don’t see the logic behind the claim that we need you here. Seems to me that having a properly approved and submitted agenda on record must simply free up insane amounts of time for you to be able to dedicate to overseeing the whole tea thing.
And why in the world must you make those ridiculous claims that I’m trying to derail the process? It’s plain to everyone here that I am the one who is focused on keeping this runaway train on the tracks and chugging full speed towards progress and you’re the one who keeps trying to force the entire train onto a side track. Just because you don’t WANT to be in charge of the tea service doesn’t mean that we can’t VOTE to give it to you anyway. You can resign the position any time, and we can discuss a replacement strategy when the topic works its way up the agenda list.
Seeing as the other members feel the same way, I hereby call to vote the following proposal:
Should we just put Hakketomat in charge of the tea service and move on to the next item on the agenda?
