Greetings my fellow citizens of the 10000 Islands. My name is Kuriko, and I come before you today to once again declare my intent to run for Delegate of 10000 Islands. As many of you know, I was the World Assembly delegate of 10000 Islands for 6 months between September 2018 and March 2019 and again for 8 months between July 2019 and March 2020.
For those of you that don't know me, or weren't here, I will provide some background on myself. My first time on NationStates began in early 2012 under the name Lenlyvit, and my very first region I called home was XKI. Unfortunately at that time I was unaware of our forums and the greater aspect of NS, and I soon fell into inactivity and left the game in 2013.
In late August 2016 I returned to the game, but not to XKI because I was unaware it still existed. I spent most of the end of 2016 and most of 2017 in other regions, as well as other defending organizations. I've held multiple positions within those said regions and orgs, from Secretary of Defense to General to Commander and even as a Judge.
In late 2017 I returned to XKI and joined TITO, continuing to protect innocent regions until today. I've also held positions here in XKI since my return, such as TITO Tactical Officer and World Assembly Delegate.
I have been extensively involved in the WA Security Council, authoring a total of 15 resolutions and co-authoring 6 more. The said resolutions range from Liberations of founderless regions to keep them safe from raiders, to commendations and condemnations of raiders and defenders. Said condemnations and commendations include but are not limited to Commend Texas, Commend Paffnia, and Condemn Macedon.
But enough about my past, I would like to focus on what I can bring to the region as WA Delegate.

Internal Aspects
I hope nobody minds that I borrowed heavily from my last campaign, but mostly I have the same objectives now that I did the. I do believe I have done a good job as WA Delegate of our region, and if re-elected I plan on continuing that. I would also like to publicly acknowledge being the founder of a role play based region, The Hole To Hide In, which is required by law. I've been founder of the region for going on 3 years now, and have never once chosen to put that regions needs over 10000 Islands and I dont intend to ever do so. Viva la XKI!

The World Assembly
During my first term between September 2018 and March 2019 I never once missed a WA vote, and the same can be said for my second term between July 2019 and March 2020. This is something I plan on continuing, as well as my practice of having the voting and discussion polls up in advance of an upcoming vote. I also plan to continue my practice of writing Security Council resolutions, as well as keeping the community informed of ongoings in the on-site WA forums.
Foreign Affairs
During my previous term I feel like I did an excellent job in our foreign affairs department, and I feel that I can do so again. Over the course of my 8 months in office I was able to fill out our emissary department and get it active again, as well as sign an alliance with our long time friends in The South Pacific.
If elected, I plan on continuing to re-cement our relationship with our embassy regions and open relations with new regions. I also plan to continue reaching out to friendly regions, such as TSP and TNP and India to see what other types of things are open to us. I hope to have firmer relations with these friendly regions, and hope to hold events with them in the future if I win the election. While I was a little disappointed in the results of our last two attempts at events, I hope to make it better if I am re-elected for another 6 months.

Internal Aspects
There are many internal aspects I applied in my last two terms, and I will most definitely use them again if elected. During my last two terms I used many means of communication, including RMB, Discord, and regional telegrams to keep the citizens of the region informed on WA matters. This is one thing I plan on continuing the use of.
