Welcome back!
I'm glad to hear you have returned to the region!
Now that you have returned you'll want to get your account masked correctly so that you can get involved in the region once again!
All you have to do is post in this thread or alert Markanite , HN67 or Hakketomat .
Once they check your in game status (whether you are in the WA or not) you will be remasked!
You can also claim a Welcome Back Stipend from The Regional Reserve here.
Process for Returning TITO Knights
Sometimes in the course of Real Life, it happens that a TITO Knight CTEs. At a later date, when RL allows, they may wish to return to active TITO. (Knights are TITO members that have attained 50 battle stars.) In this instance, the XO will create a thread to discuss the Knight's return. Upon approval by TITO Command of the Knight's return, the Knight will be asked to re-affirm their commitment to TITO by reciting the Knight's Oath, which will serve to remind them of their Knightly duties and obligations. Once the above has occurred, the Knight may return to active duty as before.

-The nation in question will telegram Markanite and make their appeal as to why they should be unbanned.
-The Chief Executive will bring this appeal to the Council for consultation, but the final decision rests unilaterally with the Chief Executive in accordance with Section 2.1 of the 10000 Islands Constitution.
-The Council of Nine reserves the right to ask any further questions of the appealing nation to help with the discussion.
-When a decision is reached, the nation will be notified of the decision by telegram.
-The Chief Executive or designee shall report back to the Council of Nine when the appealing nation has been informed.
Nations that fail in their appeal will be barred from appealing again for six months. Nations that succeed in their appeal and are unbanned will be allowed back in whatever capacity the Chief Executive chooses. The Council of Nine will not accept appeals from current raiders or nations from regions at war with 10000 Islands.
